I recently DNF (did not find) a cache half way round a nearby series but it was luckily close to a road with ample parking, which made a revisit that much easier.
The CO had visited the cache in the last couple of days, leaving a log that stated ‘should be a little easier to find now’ – so I took the opportunity to pay another visit.
The co-ordinates were absolutely spot on and this time around, it was an easy find. As you can see from the pictures, the cache was hidden under the cover of a drain, used for a water source.
A fantastic way to hide a largish cache in an urban environment.
The container was of good quality although the log book was a little damp and the inside of the container was also a little wet. The area was great. Lots of green open space, easy parking and no muggles. If you would like the GC code, please get in touch.
